DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Payment methods and shipping costs
1. Payment options
1.1. For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description in the offer:
- Prepayment by bank transfer
- Paypal
2. Delivery
2.1. Your order will be shipped by DHL.
3. Shipping costs
3.1. For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of EUR 4.50 shipping costs per order. From a gross order value of 35 EUR, we ship free of charge (only applies within Germany).
3.2 For shipping outside of Germany, we calculate the actual shipping costs.
RETURN AND REFUND
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any further reasons.
The cancellation period begins on the day on which you personally or a person authorized by you - with the exception of the carrier of the goods - received the goods.
If you would like to exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us about this decision by sending us a signed declaration by post or at sijsters, https://sijsters.wixsite.com/website, Nußloch, sijsters@gmx.de Send email. The form provided below for revocations can be used, but it is not absolutely necessary to use it.
The date on which your declaration of cancellation was sent is decisive for compliance with the cancellation period.
Consequences of the withdrawal
In the event of cancellation, we will reimburse you for all payments made by you, including delivery costs (except for special delivery costs that you have chosen, which exceed the normal delivery costs offered by us) within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the cancellation. The same payment method will be used for reimbursement as you selected when ordering. Changes to the payment method are possible by arrangement. The reimbursement of payments will not generate any additional costs for you.
The dispatched goods will be picked up by us or we will send them back. In the event of a loss in value of the goods, you are only responsible for this if this shows that the goods have been used, which provides more information about the properties or exceeds the quality or function of the goods.
